In Japan at several of the major corporations, a "Lights-Out Program" has been issued. Twice a week, employees are forced to check out early and spend much needed time with their families. In one fell swoop they've managed to help solve two of Japan's biggest issues, the economic crisis and the low birth rate.
Cutting time, cuts companies overtime costs strengthening their financial core, while the added hours at home they hope will cultivate family growth. Yep, go home & have sex.
