Finally, I've figured out what's wrong with my friends. They suffer from Shrinky Dinks Syndrome.

Shrinky Dinks Syndrome: A smart, sexy, sophisticated woman who looses her confidence and shrinks when the heat is added. (i.e. hot guys who are checking her out)
